Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by WiseWork AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
WiseWork AI provides lead generation, AI-powered automation, and marketing services for home service contractors. Our services may include but are not limited to:
- Meta advertising campaign management
- Ad creative design and production
- AI receptionist and call handling
- AI outbound calling
- Missed-call text-back automation
- Appointment booking automation
- Lead nurturing and follow-up sequences
- Reporting and analytics dashboards
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate business information, respond to communications in a timely manner, and pay all fees as agreed upon. You are responsible for any ad spend budgets paid directly to advertising platforms.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are billed monthly. Setup fees are due upon agreement. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Advertising Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from advertising campaigns. Results vary based on market conditions, service area, competition, ad budget, and other factors outside our control.
6. Intellectual Property
Ad creatives, copy, and other materials created by WiseWork AI remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use these materials for their business. Our proprietary systems, automations, and processes remain our intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business data, customer information, campaign strategies, and performance metrics.
8. Limitation of Liability
WiseWork AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding three months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to our systems and automations will be discontinued. Any outstanding balances remain due.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
